Federation ATX is Texas nonprofit corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas. 

Donations to Federation ATX will support the creation of our curriculum and model space colony educational programs. All educational programs and data will be released under a Creative Commons 4 International, the same license NASA and ESA use when releasing educational materials. This will allow teachers anywhere in the world to download and use our materials and programs at no cost.

We will never monetize anything we produce or distribute.

All donations to Federation ATX will be audited annually. Audits will list total donations, cash on hand, and expenditures on a category basis.
